Pen Blank Molds

Cast your own individual square and round pen blanks in our pen blank molds made from Silicone or HDPE. We also have tube-in molds and segmented casting molds to create other pen blank designs with other methods.

Due to the nature of products used to create various casting molds and resin options, we cannot guarantee initial castings will produce a totally bubble / blemish free, glass-like finish. Depending on the casting project involved, there are usually secondary finishing efforts required, such as turning on a lathe, sanding, buffing, polishing, and/or applying a final leveling resin coat to achieve a perfectly clear, smooth exterior for your hand cast resin projects.
