SILICONE CASTING MOLDS: If you are not satisfied with your mold, you have 7 days to return the unused mold for a refund of product price paid. Sharp blanks or overstretching are a couple of ways to create tears in your mold. We cannot warranty these failures. We can, however, help with instructions on repair should this situation arise.
CASTED PEN BLANKS: If you are not satisfied with any non-personalized pen blank purchased, you have 7 days to return the unused pen blank for a refund of the product price paid only.
CNC ENGRAVED PEN BLANKS: There is no refund available for engraved pen blanks that have been personalized or used in any way.
POLYMER CLAY PEN BLANKS: Our return policy is to guarantee against potential pen blank flaws such as bubbles or sanding issues for the pen maker. Please verify all pertinent design details for any custom work requests as we will not accept returns for change of third party customer preferences.
For any accepted return, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you want to exchange with store credit towards other products, we will apply any credits and invoice any cost differences for new purchase and new shipping costs before sending out the exchanged product(s).
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method to the address below. Seller will complete the refund once your package / products have been returned undamaged or unused.
