MOLD WARRANTY: If you are not satisfied with your mold, you have 7 days to return the unused mold for a refund of product price paid. Shipping to and from the customer is not included.
- Silicone Molds: Sharp blanks or overstretching are a couple of ways to create tears in your mold. We cannot warranty these failures. We can, however, help with instructions on repair should this situation arise.
- HDPE Molds: Due to the nature of products used to create various casting molds and resin options, we cannot guarantee initial castings will produce a totally bubble / blemish free, glass-like finish. Depending on the casting project involved, there are usually secondary finishing efforts required, such as turning on a lathe, sanding, buffing, polishing, and/or applying a final leveling resin coat to achieve a perfectly clear, smooth exterior for your hand cast resin projects.
CASTED PEN BLANKS: If you are not satisfied with any non-personalized pen blank purchased, you have 7 days to return the unused pen blank for a refund of the product price paid only. Shipping to and from the customer is not included.
CNC ENGRAVED PEN BLANKS: There is no refund available for engraved pen blanks that have been personalized or used in any way. Shipping to and from the customer is not included.
POLYMER CLAY PEN BLANKS: Our return policy is to guarantee against potential pen blank flaws such as bubbles or sanding issues for the pen maker. Shipping to and from the customer is not included.
MOLD RACKS: If you are not satisfied with your mold rack, you have 7 days to return the unused mold rack for a refund of product price paid. Shipping to and from the customer is not included.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please verify all pertinent design details for any custom work requests as we will not accept returns because of third party customer change of mind.
We will complete the exchange or refund once your package / products have been returned undamaged or unused.
Exchange Option: If you want to exchange with store credit towards other products, we will apply any credits and invoice any cost differences for new purchase and new shipping costs before sending out the exchanged product(s). Shipping to and from the customer is not included.
Return Option: For any accepted return, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
