Empty Shell Molds - One Time Use
Empty Alumilite Clear urethane resin shells (similar to 3D printed one time use molds) which you can cast one pen blank with your interior color choices. If you want to cast multiple gisi style molds, we recommend you buy the gisi style molds to cast your own shells. Honeycomb mold is not available to the public. Contact us for more information.
Due to the nature of products used to create various casting molds and resin options, we cannot guarantee initial castings will produce a totally bubble / blemish free, glass-like finish. Depending on the casting project involved, there are usually secondary finishing efforts required, such as turning on a lathe, sanding, buffing, polishing, and/or applying a final leveling resin coat to achieve a perfectly clear, smooth exterior for your hand cast resin projects.
