2 Blank Adjustable Horizontal Mold Bundle w/ Starter Replacement Stoppers

This silicone mold casts up to two square blanks at a time. The mold has unique voids different from our other horizontal blank molds that can be easily improvised as an adjustable tube-in casting system. Included in this package offer are the four of the stopper replacements that can be screwed to the enclosed stopper holders for the selected pen tube you want to cast.  

This bundle defaults the original four set of stoppers (universal slimline, universal small, medium, and large) and a Tube-in rolling jig to help with applying the labels. A great trial opportunity for casting beginners just starting out before they invest in our dedicated pen kit mold designs. PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the nature of products used to create various casting molds and resin options, we cannot guarantee initial castings will produce a totally bubble / blemish free, glass-like finish. Depending on the casting project involved, there are usually secondary finishing efforts required, such as turning on a lathe, sanding, buffing, polishing, and/or applying a final leveling resin coat to achieve a perfectly clear, smooth exterior for your hand cast resin projects.

Blue molds except Gisi Style Molds cast Polyester Resin (Silmar 41), Urethane Resin (Alumilite Clear), and Epoxy Resin.

Mold release sprays help to extend the shelf life of our molds. We recommend Stoner Thermoset for Polyester and Epoxy Resins, and Stoner Urethane for Urethane Resin.
